I’m a corporate recruiter with over a decade of experience helping companies build teams that actually work. I’ve led and supported hiring efforts at organizations ranging from early-stage tech startups to Fortune 20 enterprises, recruiting across all levels—from entry-level talent to senior and executive leadership.

My background spans high-impact hiring in Sales & GTM, Technology & Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Finance & Accounting, to name a few. I partner closely with hiring leaders to understand not just the role, but the business need behind it—so every hire is intentional, aligned, and built to last.

Services

Contingent Placement

You only pay when the right candidate is hired and starts.

  • 12% placement fee

  • Calculated off total 1st year salary + cash bonus compensation

  • Payment due 30 days after the new hire begins

Retained Search

An exclusive, hands-on partnership for executive or niche, hard-to-fill roles.
Includes:

  • Intake & search kickoff with the hiring leader

  • Presentation of 2–4 qualified candidates within 10 business days

  • Weekly progress and feedback check-ins

  • Offer negotiation and closing support

  • Fee structure: Set fee paid in three installments, at search kickoff, candidate presentation, and candidate placement.
